The 2023 Frivolo is a light, refreshing Moscato wine with a slight spritz, patterned after an Italian Moscato d’Asti. In the Piemonte region of Italy, it is used as a refreshing aperitif. This unique style of Moscato is produced from a blend of mostly moscato bianco plus some orange muscat. The grapes were sourced from several northern California vineyards.

Our 2023 Rosato di Sangiovese is dry, delicate, and delicious. For this vintage, half of the Sangiovese was made in the saignée tradition – about 10% of the Sangiovese juice destined to become red wine was removed after 12-24 hours on the skins. This pink juice was then fermented separately in a stainless steel tank. This process produces a delightfully aromatic, savory, dry rosé, with the added bonus of giving the remaining red wine a more concentrated flavor.
